Second Story Addition
Major Reno in Doon, Kitchener
Nestled on a quiet court in Doon Village, this 20+ year home was in need of a major makeover. Heartland constructed a second storey addition which made room for a new Master Bedroom, Luxurious Ensuite, Walk-in Closet and Laundry Room. This renovation included replacing all of the outdated windows, exterior doors and siding on the home. In addition to the new part of the structure we built, we also gave the main floor a fresh new look with a new Gourmet Kitchen, new flooring and some fresh paint. The Client's were so pleased with the work we had done, so they requested we update their other bathroom's and the basement area as well! Now they have more space and a fresh new look in their home which will allow them to enjoy many more family memories in for years to come.
